They spent a lot of time prepping beforehand so my windows weren't damaged and all the edges looked very sharp and tidy, and he was careful to ask for clarification to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. This was the fourth time I contracted RDO Painting. The first three times were for inside projects. They removed wallpaper, textured and painted the walls, and removed and replaced popcorn ceilings. In both instances I was very pleased with the end results. When I decided to have the outside of my house painted, I did not hesitate to call Richard. Most of Richard’s team have been with him for over 5 years, and they work together like a well-oiled machine. They did not just “paint” my house. After pressure washing the house the day prior, they arrived on the job promptly as scheduled. I highly recommend RDO Painting. They provide reasonable estimates and do not require any pre-payment. You only pay after you are satisfied with the results. Communication with the owner (Richard) is superb. Richard called a week before to confirm and then the day before. Although we were expecting a week or more of painting (given other estimates), the RDO crew had four professional painters and finished in one day. The quality was excellent and upon completion, a painter walked with me to identify any concerns. I would definitely use RDO Painting again.
